The building mass, which was planned as a single block, was divided into two parts in the north and south directions; The floor hall was placed in the space in the middle of these two parts, thus the flats and the floor hall areas were separated from each other massively.

 

The east and west façades of the building, where the living areas of the living room and kitchen are located; While it exhibits a relatively calm façade with wooden covered flower beds, transparency is prominent, the north and south façades have a dynamic structure where window alignments and widths vary.

 

As a general planning approach, windows were used in maximum size, especially the living room and kitchen windows in the east and west directions were designed to make the most benefit from daylight.  near their neighborhood

With the advantage of not having high buildings in the immediate vicinity, secondary spaces such as bedrooms and wet areas can be used as much as possible, taking into account the privacy elements.  It is aimed to benefit from daylight and view. In addition, the geometries of the windows have been shaped by taking into account the security measures that should be found in high-rise buildings.

 

It is aimed to ensure the continuity of the green texture on the facade of the building on all floors, especially with the flower beds in front of the kitchen balcony, and in order to strengthen this, green platforms with trees in front of the floor halls are designed every 3 floors.

 

The vertical continuity of green in the east and west directions and the mobile façade design on the north and south directions created the characteristic feature of the building, allowing it to differentiate from the surrounding texture and gain an innovative character.
